Check in time 3.00 PM – Check out time 12.00 AM.
Optionally you can pay an additional value to make an early check-in or a late check-out. The service to block the night before or after the reservation has a cost of U$D 25,00. The luggage storage and custody service is free from 8.30 AM to 8.30 PM
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 30 days before the check in date. In the case of cancellations of reservations missing 30 days or less, a charge of 50% of the total reservation will be applied.
House Rules
Our highest priority is the well-being and tranquility of our guests. For your safety and that of the neighbors, parties and gatherings are prohibited. The entrance to the apartments of people who are not included in the reserve is prohibited, they must be previously authorized and registered. Failure to comply with this policy is grounds for the immediate cancellation of the reservation and immediate eviction of the guest by the public authority. The apartment is for tourist use and for rest purposes. Any activity that annoys the neighbors and makes annoying noises or excessive volume of music after 10.00 PM is prohibited.

We love pets, but they are not allowed in the building.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
